  Have been multiple times and have had mixed results. I absolutely love Poli (the chef) and Paula (the waitress) they are great as us Nick he helped me today it was the only time I just did happy hour. Casey was a great chef as well but he moved away.

  App came like 45 minutes late, she clearly forgot, the chicken fried rice upgrade is the same price as adding a side but you don't get the included steamed rice, drinks are over priced and the app that took forever was $9 for 4 tiny pieces. over priced under quality

  There were some highs and lows with Benihana. My husband and I have had hibachi at many places and had heard pretty good things about Benihana. We went in today for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the affordable lunch prices. The food was good and the hibachi chef was fun...our waitress, Jennifer, was mediocre at best. She didn't check back much. I wanted a side salad, as it does take a while for everything to be made on the grill, but she was impossible to find. At the end of the meal she didn't ask if we needed/wanted anything else, she just dropped off our check. The restaurant itself could use a huge facelift. The carpeting was cheap and the walls were dingy/dirty.
  
  Overall, the 4 stars are for the food, lunch prices, and chef which is really what matters most with hibachi.
