  This location is the worst. Go to Madison and I80 or choose something else. Absolutely horrible. Old and dry chicken in the tortilla roll ups, cillantro when asked without. Just give up. Change the name to El turkeyheads instead...

  I had a party for 17 at my home. I wanted to make enchiladas as everyone loves them, but I didn't want to make all the things to go with them. I love El Pollo Loco food so decided to order from the cater menu - and got a tray of chicken, rice, beans and salad. Tortillas were included along with plates, napkins, eating utensils and serving utensils! I was totally impressed. Also packets of "wet wipes" were included. I would definitely do this again --- everyone thought the food was great and we all loved it. Oh - and because I had never made an order like this online, I called in the afternoon to make sure they had the order and that it would be ready - and was told yes & yes!!! Perfect!
